The Veritas Scraping Plane comes standard with a High Carbon Steel blade.This is a replacement for the Veritas scraping plane that is a full 1/8" (3.18mm) thick A2 tool steel, uncambered instead. An optional extra.
All blade styles are 2-7/8" (73mm) wide, and come with the cutting edges ground at 45°.
